Publication and authorship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Articles must contain bibliographical footnotes (at least 15) and a final bibliography (at least 10 references to books, studies, articles and other relevant sources);<\/li>
  2. Each paper submitted for publication will be verified in terms of plagiarism and fraudulent data<\/strong>;<\/li>
  3. The author assumes not propose to publish the same article in another publication, the definitive answer to the Editor;<\/li>
  4. It is mandatory for each author to submit the following statement<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Author\u2019s responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Authors are required to participate in peer-review process, according to the algorithm presented separately. They shall undertake to carry out the required corrections and deepening research as reviewers concludes;<\/li>
    2. All authors have significantly contributed to the research (at least 20% of research economy);<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Peer review\/responsibility for the reviewers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. The Editorial committee will ensure that reviewers are not in conflict of interest with the subject expertise, the authors of the research or research funders;<\/li>
      2. During the peer-review process, reviewers will not know the identity of the authors \u2013 and the authors will not know the identity of the experts;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Editorial responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Editors have complete responsibility and authority to reject\/accept an article. Editors should have no conflict of interest with respect to articles they reject\/accept;<\/li>
        2. For errors identified in the peer-review, it will require correction or retraction;<\/li>
        3. Editors are responsible for keeping identity anonymous experts and authors on peer-review process;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Publishing ethics principles:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. The Chief-editor is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the ethical integrity Editorial Board\u2019s composition and work; same regarding the Scientific Board;<\/li>
          2. It will follow the implementation of the financial needs of the publication does not affect intellectual and ethical standards<\/li>
