Regardless of the chosen language for the full article, all submissions must include an <strong>abstract in English<\/strong> as well as in the selected article language. This ensures accessibility to a wider academic audience and enhances the visibility of the research. Authors should ensure that their abstracts accurately reflect the study\u2019s content and maintain high linguistic and academic standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Submission Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Word Count<\/strong>: Articles should be between 5,000 and 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Language<\/strong>: Submissions must be in English, using clear and concise academic language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Originality<\/strong>: Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Manuscript Structure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your manuscript should follow the journal\u2019s official template, which is available for download <a href=\"https:\/\/magazines.ulbsibiu.ro\/cje\/index.php\/submit-a-manuscript\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/magazines.ulbsibiu.ro\/cje\/index.php\/submit-a-manuscript\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Title Page<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Title of the article (Times New Roman, 14 pt, Bold).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Author names and affiliations (Times New Roman, 12 pt, Bold).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corresponding author email address (Times New Roman, 9 pt).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A concise summary (150\u2013250 words) of the study\u2019s purpose, methodology, key findings, and implications (Times New Roman, 10 pt).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include 3\u20135 keywords separated by commas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Main Sections<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Introduction<\/strong>: Define the problem, objectives, and significance of the study.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Theoretical Background \/ Literature Review<\/strong>: Summarize relevant research and provide a conceptual framework.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Methodology<\/strong>: Clearly describe the research design, participants, procedures, and analytical methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Results<\/strong>: Present findings using text, tables, and figures as appropriate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Discussion<\/strong>: Interpret results, link them to existing research, and highlight their implications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conclusion<\/strong>: Summarize the main contributions and suggest future research directions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>References<\/strong>: Follow APA (7th edition) citation style.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tables and Figures<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be referenced in the text and numbered sequentially.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include descriptive titles (e.g., &#8222;Table 1.
